Yooha

Text messages (SMS)

Effective: October 8, 2026

Yooha sends text messages only to people who have asked for them. This page describes the Yooha text messaging program, operated by gi2t Labs LLC, for mobile numbers in the United States.

What we send

Messages about things you take part in through Yooha: for example a question someone sent you with a link to answer it, a reminder about a card that is waiting for your answer, or a change to a plan you joined. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you agree

You opt in yourself: you enter your own mobile number in the Yooha app or on a Yooha card and check the box that says you agree to receive text messages from Yooha, next to a short description of what we send and how often. The box is never checked for you, and nobody else can opt you in. Agreeing to text messages is not a condition of using Yooha or of any purchase.

How often

Message frequency varies with what you coordinate. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. We also accept CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPT OUT and similar replies, and you can turn text messages off in the app or by writing to support@gi2t.com. We send one last message to confirm and nothing after it unless you opt back in. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or write to support@gi2t.com.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number

We use your number only to send you the messages described here. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to text messages.
