Terms of Service
Effective: October 8, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and gi2t Labs LLC for using Yooha. You accept them when you create an account, or when you answer a card after being shown a notice that links to them. If you use Yooha for an organization, you confirm that you may agree for it, and you agree on its behalf.
Using Yooha
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, or under the age of adulthood where you live, you may use Yooha only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you.
Keep your sign-in methods safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for what you ask Yooha to do on your behalf.
What you may not do
Do not use Yooha to send spam or messages people did not ask for, to harass or deceive anyone, to collect other people's information without their permission, to break the law, or to interfere with Yooha or get around its limits and protections. Only add people who expect to hear from you, and share other people's information only if you are allowed to.
Your content
What you put into Yooha stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and deliver it only to run Yooha for you and the people you coordinate with. You can ask us to delete it at any time, as the Privacy Policy describes.
Yooha itself
Yooha, its software, design and brand belong to gi2t Labs LLC. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Yooha under these terms. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
AI suggestions
Yooha uses AI to sort, summarize and draft. Suggestions can be wrong, and nothing is sent, paid or decided without your confirmation. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Messages and texts
Yooha delivers cards and messages in the app, by email, by notification and, if you agree, by text message. The SMS page describes text messages; message and data rates may apply.
Money
Yooha is free for individuals. Organizations that use paid features agree to a separate plan, which applies together with these terms. Yooha does not hold or move money for you: when people split a cost, they pay each other through services of their own choosing.
Ending
You can stop using Yooha and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk; where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. We may change or stop features. If we stop offering Yooha altogether, we will tell you in advance and give you time to get a copy of your information.
No warranty
Yooha is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work to keep Yooha available and correct, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Do not rely on Yooha alone in an emergency: call your local emergency number.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, gi2t Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Responsibility for your use
If someone makes a claim against gi2t Labs LLC because of content you sent through Yooha or because you broke these terms, you will cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on Yooha infringes your copyright, write to our designated agent at support@gi2t.com with the details required by the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Apps from the Apple App Store
If you got Yooha from the Apple App Store:
- These terms are between you and gi2t Labs LLC, not Apple. gi2t Labs LLC, not Apple, is responsible for Yooha and its content.
- Your right to use Yooha is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as the App Store's Usage Rules allow.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Yooha.
- If Yooha fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for Yooha, if any. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for Yooha.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to Yooha, including product liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection, or claims that Yooha infringes someone's intellectual property. gi2t Labs LLC is responsible for those claims.
- You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use Yooha, such as your mobile data agreement.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Questions or complaints about Yooha go to gi2t Labs LLC, support@gi2t.com.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which gi2t Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts that have jurisdiction where gi2t Labs LLC has its principal place of business, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you more protection, including the right to bring a claim where you live, that protection still applies.
General
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. We may transfer these terms to a company that takes over Yooha, for example in a merger or acquisition; you may not transfer them without our permission. If we do not enforce a part of these terms right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the text-message terms and, for organizations, any plan they agree to are the whole agreement between you and us about Yooha. Parts that by their nature should continue after these terms end, including Your content, No warranty, Limits of liability, Responsibility for your use, and Governing law and disputes, continue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect; if you keep using Yooha after that, the new terms apply.
